Western Jamaica
Between Montego Bay and Negril, on the calm west shore, with southern exposure and unobstructed views of the setting sun.
The Enigma site sits in the Parish of Hanover, between Montego Bay and Negril. It is about an hour from Montego Bay International Airport by car, and thirty minutes from the site of the future Negril International Airport. The Negril Aerodrome, ten minutes from the property, serves domestic flights today.
Government policy favours luxury and European Plan hospitality for new resort development, for the wider benefit it brings to surrounding communities and the economy. Development finance institutions have steadily increased construction lending to Jamaica, giving well-prepared developers access to cost-effective financing.

The Programme
MGM Ventures is carrying the site through entitlement, master planning, coastal engineering and brand alignment, in preparation for partnership with a development partner for Phase One, with an option to expand and include Phase Two.
Construction is expected to be financed through a balance of private equity and construction debt from a leading development finance institution.
